Using this website
This website gives general information about our workshop and lets you ask us to call you back. Service descriptions are a general guide; what your car needs is only confirmed after we've inspected it.
You may not use this website to send spam, try to break its security, or submit someone else's details without their permission.
Call-back requests
Sending a call-back request does not book your car in or create an agreement. A booking is confirmed only when we've spoken to you and agreed a date. Requests are handled during workshop hours.
No goods or services are sold through this website, so ECTA's online cooling-off period does not apply to anything on it. Work on your vehicle is covered by our quotes, warranty and refunds policy and the Consumer Protection Act.
Prices and quotes
We don't publish fixed prices because parts and labour depend on the vehicle and the fault. You'll receive a quote before any work is done. All prices are in South African rand and include VAT. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other law that can't be excluded.

The text, design and images on this website belong to DAP Automotive North or are used with permission. Vehicle brand names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe vehicles we work on. DAP Automotive North is an independent workshop, not a dealer, and is not affiliated with or approved by any vehicle manufacturer.
Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first; most problems are fastest to fix directly. If we can't resolve it, you can refer the matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (miosa.co.za), the accredited dispute resolution body for the motor industry, or the National Consumer Commission.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
